The environment is very important for all of us. It supports living things and protecting it should be our first priority. IMD, a production enterprise for more than 16 years, has been committed to environmental protection, especially in wastewater and waste gas treatment. Through the introduction of a number of advanced wastewater and waste gas treatment equipment, IMD has achieved remarkable achievements in environmental protection.
IMD has introduced an effective wastewater treatment system to its Environment Near Zero-Emission Plan with the objective of strengthening water quality management. The industrial wastewater from the production line will be collected and then treated after five processes, including PH neutralization, precipitation, pre-filtration, low-temperature evaporation by vacuum and ceramic membrane filtration, which leads to complete recycling and zero-emission.

Comparison of water quality before and after treatment
We have introduced different waste gas treatment system to treat industrial gas depending on whether there is oil mist in the exhaust gas. Take CNC machining center for example, the oil mist collector is widely used in CNC machining center, CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, washing machines, grinding machines, etc. Firstly, the waste gas is drawn into the unit, and passes through electrostatic degreasing device to remove oil mist, water mist and other environmental pollution compounds produced after processing. And then the dry filter will be used to filter the dust and other particles. Finally, the activated carbon adsorption chamber will be located here to absorb VOCs (volatile organic compounds). After the waste gas is treated by this system, it conforms to the standard for air emission. The electrostatic degreasing module, filter screen and activated carbon will be replaced regularly.

For other non-oil waste gas, it will be filtered by dry filter to remove particulate matter, dust and other pollutants, and then drawn into the activated carbon adsorption chamber to absorb VOCs for air emission. The filter screen and activated carbon will be replaced regularly.
